The pedalboard has seen a few (too few, alas) gigs, and has held up well so far. It has, however, become apparent that fitting the lid isn't as easy as it should be, as the board needs to be lifted up for the hinges to meet. Other than that, I am quite satisfied with it. We'll see how soon it falls apart, when it gets to see some more serious use.
Until then, here are some photos of the tentatively final setup. This setup is: Roland GR-20 guitar synth, into Boss RC-20XL phrase sampler. In the GR-20 dry signal loop there is the MXR Envelope Filter '76 clone (blue pedal), the Great Cheddar distortion (red pedal), and the What Compressor (ugly pedal). All, except the compressor, is powered by the green master PSU.
Here's a pedalboard I just completed. It was a lot more work than I had thought it would be! I used all manual tools, except for an electric drill. Popped approximately 200 rivets by hand. Haven't gigged with it yet, and I don't have all the pedals that I plan to populate it with. More later.
